The Fourth Annual Harford CROP Walk will be on Saturday, October 8, 2011 Aberdeen Festival Park Aberdeen, Maryland The CROP Walk will include a 5K Run, a 5K Walk and a Mini Walk (around Festival Park) - all to raise funds to help in the fight against poverty and hunger both locally and globally. You can join in this great effort sponsored by Church World Service to help millions of people who are in need of food and basic survival needs. Of the funds raised, 25% will remain in Harford County to support a local agency, and 75% will be used to help many people in need around the world. Requesting a minimum donation of $25, which will include a T-shirt. Contact us for a donation envelope, if needed.
We are looking forward to bringing together many local businesses, religious groups, service organizations and willing individuals to join in this worthy cause to help many in need.
